HEXAGON POTHOLDERS (still in process to finish)

Well, I am trying to create something when it comes to this kind of design, "HEXAGON".  I am not fairly familiar with how to make these hexagon, how to piece them together and how to create something different...I love seeing some creative ideas on Pinterest how they can create and make something on "hex", meanwhile all I can do at this time is an unfinished project of a hexagon potholders which I started the night before.  Perhaps a different kind color of fabric for binding will make a little difference to make it more attractive.  The color of fabric I chose was not really an ideal color........these fabrics were left over from the "coupon bag" I made months ago.
