Bob's Home Smoked Baby Back Ribs

Bob loves to smoke meat in the smoker, this baby back ribs was smoked in his electric smoker yesterday, very tender and juicy like what the southerners make...I have no idea what kind of "rub" he mix with, but I know my "rubs" these are the few of my grilling rubs which I found from  the"World Herald Newspaper" here in Omaha, Nebraska.  They're 4 grilling rubs which I have tried before...

TEX-MEX Grilling Rub
*start to finish ~ 10 minutes*

Makes 1/2 cup

1/4 cup kosher salt
2 tbsps. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
In a blender or spice grinder, or with a mortar and pestle, grind all the ingredients together.  Store in a sealed jar or plastic bag.

LOG CABIN Grilling Rub
*start to finish ~ 10 minutes*

Makes 1/2 cup

1/4 cup kosher salt
3 tbsp. maple sugar
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tsps. mustard powder
2 tsps. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
In a blender, or spice grinder, or with a mortar and pestle, grind all the ingredients together.  Store in a sealed jar or plastic bag.

MORROCAN Grilling Rub
*start to finish ~ 10 minutes*

Makes 1/2 cup

1/4 cup kosher salt
1 tsp. ground white pepper
2 tsps. ground ginger
2 tsps. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. all spice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground mace
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
In a blender, or spice grinder, or with a mortar and pestle, grind all the ingredients together.  Store in a sealed jar or plastic bag.

SEVEN PEPPER Grilling Rub
*start to finish ~ 10 minutes*

Makes 1/2 cup

1/4 cup kosher salt
3 tbsps. brown sugar
2 tsps. ancho pepper powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. pink peppercorns
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. smoked paprika
In a blender or spice grinder, or with a mortar and pestle, grind all the ingredients together.  Store in a sealed jar or plastic bag.

So these are the 4 grilling rubs that I have picked for my smoked meats.....whether you want a mild or hot peppery taste...
