SCRAP CHRISTMAS FABRICS made as ZIPPERED POUCHES

I made several zippered pouches to be given to family and friends.  Some of them were machine decorated, embroidered, and quilted.  This is how I made them

TOP OUTER MATERIAL: cut  2  fabric 10" X 51/2"
*you can also cut 2 of the same size of different fabric as lining*


 BOTTOM OUTER MATERIAL: cut 1 fabric 10" X 6"
*you can also cut 1 fabric of the same size of different fabric as lining*

Use batting in between 2 fabrics and set some embroidered decorations to the outer fabric.

Use a 12 inch zipper.  Sew them together with the lining and make a small space in one of the zipper sides to open up, so you can open up from inside out.
